Founded in 2004 as an inkjet printing service for interior designers, Adaptive Textiles launched with a focus on engineered designs that improve workroom efficiency. The company has transformed the home textile printing industry by providing opportunities for artists and designers to build sustainable fabric collections utilizing a no-inventory model.

Jeanelle Dech

Founder and CEO

Jeanelle is the president and co-founder of Adaptive Textiles. Her creative energy drives the development of the company and her life-long passion for sewing keeps her grounded in production.

Mandy Morgan

Sales Manager

Mandy has been with Adaptive Textiles since its start in 2004. She manages sales and graphic design. Mandy loves nature, enjoys gardening, and often surprises the office with her home-baked treats.

David Rushman

Textile Print Manager

David joined the Adaptive team in 2008. He manages the textile print team and purchasing. More than a dog lover and a musician, David is a four-time company bowling champ.
